Bridges Collapse, Villages Isolated

SIX villages in Ngada regency, East Nusa Tenggara, hit by floods and landslides last Tuesday, remain isolated following the collapse of four bridges linking the six villages with other areas on the Island of Flores.

The isolated villages are Bela and Wogowela in Golewa subdistrict, and four villages in Mauponggo subdistrict, namely Kotakana, Ua, Aewae, and Bela.
