THERE is a growing sense of excitement ahead of the International Conference on Climate Change in Bali from December 3-14. Sadly, the feeling is strong only among government officials in Jakarta, whereas the conference is of vital importance to the nation as a whole as it fights for global justice and responsibility in dealing with the growing impact of climate change.
