Ahmad Rizal was employed at PAM Jaya (Jakarta Raya Drinking Water Company) for 22 years. But several years ago, after the company was privatized, Rizal found himself out of a job.

Now 41 and a father of three, Rizal is proud of his term of employment at PAM Jaya. He began working there while in 2^nd grade at the Jakarta Intermediate Technical School. He was signed up to work in the billing department at the Cempaka Putih office, East Jakarta.
