Ahmad Rizal was employed at PAM Jaya (Jakarta Raya Drinking Water Company) for 22 years. But several years ago, after the company was privatized, Rizal found himself out of a job.

Now 41 and a father of three, Rizal is proud of his term of employment at PAM Jaya. He began working there while in 2nd grade at the Jakarta Intermediate Technical School. He was signed up to work in the billing department at the Cempaka Putih office, East Jakarta.
