The Supreme Court ruling in favor of Portanigra is in conflict with documents of ownership in the hands of South Meruya residents.

THE documents of ownership known as girik in the hands of the residents of South Meruya are legal and authentic. Though a little mildewed and yellowed, they match with the records kept at the local administration office.
