AN energetic man greeted Tempo, who had just gotten out of a taxi. “Do you want to take care of an SAP?” he asked in a Malaysian accent. Unfamiliar with the term, Tempo was taken to a kiosk in a parking lot next to the Indonesian embassy (KBRI) in Kuala Lumpur.
