AT the end of last August, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono appointed Muladi as Governor of the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas). At the Golkar Party Advisory Council, where he was a member, Muladi was replaced by Ermaya Suradinata, who had been Lemhannas leader for almost five years.
