The primary suspect in the Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) fraud case, Adrian Herling Waworuntu, can now breathe a sigh of relief. Having spent the past four months in prison, police have failed to prove Waworuntu's involvement in the misappropriation of Rp1.7 trillion in BNI funds. On Friday, March 12, police unwillingly released Waworuntu from his prison cell, following the expiration of the maximum 120-day detention period.
