Roy Suryo has testified that the voice recorded during a TEMPO interview belongs to Tomy Winata. If found to be true, Winata could be convicted of perjury.

LAST Monday, the Central Jakarta District Court seemed more like a conference room than a courtroom. TEMPO magazines legal defense team had set up an overhead projector and screen beside the judicial panels table. The team also set up loudspeakers to play voice recordings. TEMPO is currently facing libel charges brought by Artha Graha boss, Tomy Winata.
