TOMMY Suhartos pursuit of freedom from Indonesias maximum security Nusakambangan Prison may have ended. Last Friday, the Supreme Court handed down its verdict after a request for judicial review was filed by the eldest son of Indonesias former president Suharto. Chaired by Supreme Court Chief Justice Bagir Manan, the panel rejected Tommys request.
