THE long wait eventually resulted in an indictment. After a year of sending letters to Supreme Court Chief Justice Bagir Manan, that were left unanswered, the proprietor of PT Bumijawa Sentosa finally took Bagir to the Judicial Commission on Wednesday last week.

A pile of data and copies of the five letters sent to Bagir Manan were handed over to the commission. The head of the Supreme Court has failed to carry out the legal duties assigned to him
