IN Bulungan, East Kalimantan all that is left of the rainforest are thousands of acres of grassland dotted with shrubs and tree stumps. Theres no forest anymore, said Andi Zams Datuk Hasaudding Petalolo, chief of the Bulungan ethnic tribe.
