THE letter landed on the desk of Justice & Human Rights Minister, Hamid Awaludin, on Monday last week. The sender was Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW), an institution that has been outspoken on corruption cases. In the letter, ICW informed Hamid of its decision to withdraw from the team drafting the new Draft Law on Corruption Eradication.
