Hundreds of convicts descended to the yard in the Tanjung Gusta Class 1 Penitentiary (LP) in Medan on Thursday last week. They came from various blocks in the three-floor prison. Frustration showed on their faces. The water in the prison hadn't run all day. At around 5pm, some of the convicts started grumbling.
