WHEN attending the Police Academy, Bambang Kayun Panji Sugiharto was a well-respected cadet. Now 52 years old, the man once served as corps company commander of his class. He graduated on June 24, 1993, alongside 234 other cadets. They named the class of 1993 Pesat Gatra.
