The Supreme Court is reforming itself after the bribery case of its judges came to surface. The role of the Supreme Court Secretary in handling cases is rebutted.

THE Supreme Court is under intense scrutiny. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named Supreme Court Justices Sudrajad Dimyati and Gazalba Saleh as suspects in the bribery case of Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative. This is the first bribery case to ensnare Supreme Court justices. Although not yet officially announced, the KPK has also named Hasbi Hasan as a suspect in the case.
