Ethics Violations in the KPK

The KPK Supervisory Board holds a hearing over alleged ethics violation of Commissioner Nurul Ghufron. He contends the allegations by bringing the case to the Jakarta State Administrative Court and pointing to another ethics violation case involving a Supervisory Board member.

THE communication between Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Deputy Chairman Nurul Ghufron and Kasdi Subagyono, then the Secretary-General of the Agriculture Ministry, has brought about repercussions.
