THE alleged corruption in the gas sales process has implicated former leaders of Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN)—now Pertamina Gas Negara. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named Danny Praditya, the Commercial Director of PGN from 2016 to 2019, as a suspect. The anti-graft agency had previously prevented Danny from leaving the country. Currently, Danny serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Indonesia Asahan Aluminium.
