COWBOY fever has apparently hit South Sulawesi. Police in the area have resorted to the practices of gunmen from the Wild West era. Onci Daeng Jarre, 37, an alleged cattle thief is one of their victims. Friday three weeks ago, this father of two was found dead in a paddy field, his body riddled with 14 bullet holes.
