Bad luck seems to strike repeatedly at Rahmat Hidayat. On April 13, at 11.30pm, the 34-year-old former security guard at the Cemara Apartments was captured by five police officers. Rahmat was arrested at his small row house in the Ciledug area in Tangerang. He lives there with his wife and two children in a house built on land owned by his in-laws.
