In a breakthrough case review judgment, the Supreme Court (MA) has declared the Itamaraya Gold Industry bankrupt. The judgment concludes an insolvency lawsuit brought by Exim SB Leasing against Itamaraya. Information of the MA judgment came to light on Monday, May 20 from Exim SB Leasing legal counsel, Ricardo Simanjuntak. Later in the day, all trading of Itamaraya shares on the Jakarta and Surabaya stock exchanges ceased.
