IWAN Warga Sasmita, a bus driver for the Garuda bus company, has spent the past two weeks in police custody at the Metro Jaya Police station. Sasmita has been declared a suspect on charges of negligent driving resulting in the Jagorawi toll road car pileup, which killed six people and destroyed seven cars.
