THE court is inconsistent. Early this month Judge Amiruddin Zakaria of the Central Jakarta District Court released speaker of the House of Representatives (DPR) and Golkar chairman Akbar Tan-djung from detention over his alleged involvement in the misuse of the State Logistics Agency (Bulog) funds.
