THOUSANDS filled the Dayan Dawood Building, on the campus of Syiah Kuala University (Unsyiah), Banda Aceh, on Tuesday two weeks ago. People from various circles had come to confer on an important matter: the draft bill on the administration of Aceh. The discussion on this law in the making took place in the context of a seminar entitled We Welcome a Future for the People of a Prosperous, Just and Dignified Aceh.
