IT has been almost two months since the peace agreement between the Republic of Indonesia (RI) and the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) was signed in Helsinki. Muhammad Jamil is not yet confident enough to return to his hometown in Nisam, North Aceh. Once in a while, this 50-year-old man makes a clandestine visit to his home.
