PRESIDENT Susilo Bambang Yudhoyonos (SBY) statement two weeks ago that one or two ministers will be replaced has remained a mystery which is now being discussed in many circles. Political party leaders are busily advising while whispering the names of their ministerial candidates to the president, while everyone from the political elite to sidewalk vendors are trying to figure out the ministers being dismissedand their successors.
