Organizers of the previous term of Komnas HAM initiate a humanitarian pause in Papua to resolve conflict there. It has yet to gain support from the various groups in Papua.

THE nine-page document of the Papua humanitarian pause was signed in Geneva, Swiss, on Friday, November 11. Among others, the document contains the protocol for dealing with refugees in six conflict areas in Papua from December 2022 to February 2023.
