IT took two days for the Constitutional Court’s Honorary Council (MKMK) to decide on a punishment for Constitutional Judge Guntur Hamzah. The Honorary Council, led by former Constitutional Judge I Dewa Gede Palguna with members Sudjito and Enny Nurbaningsih, agreed on Guntur’s sentence just two hours before the decision was read in the Constitutional Court (MK) courtroom on Monday, March 20.
