Constitutional Judge Guntur Hamzah says that the decision of the Constitutional Court’s Honorary Council puts him at a disadvantage.

THE Honorary Council of the Constitutional Court (MKMK) punished one of its judges, Guntur Hamzah, because he was proven to have altered the content of the verdict of a judicial review of the Constitutional Court Law. In an interview with Tempo reporter Raymundus Rikang on Friday, March 24, the former secretary-general of the Constitutional Court said he respected the decision.
