PRESIDENT Joko Widodo assigned nine tasks to Budi Arie Setiadi when they met at the State Palace on Tuesday, July 18. Yet for Budi, who on the previous day was installed as Communication and Informatics Minister, the most important order given by the president is the completion of the base transceiver station (BTS) project.
