RUKHANAH's waiting period just keeps growing longer. It seems the wishes of this 56-year-old lady to immediately get together with her four children is a lost cause. The reason being, Fathur Rahman Al-Ghozi, one of her children, must remain in the Philippines for at least 10 more years.
