Lapindo Wins Legal Battle

THE Central Jakarta District Court dismissed the lawsuit filed by the Advocacy Team for Victims of Hot Mud in Sidoarjo, East Java, last Tuesday. The judicial panel headed by Moefrie, with Martini Mardja and Murdiyono as members, described the government and Lapindo Brantas Inc as having optimally strived to handle the problem.
