Controversial Verdict to Postpone the Elections

THE Central Jakarta District Court instructed the General Elections Commission (KPU) to postpone the 2024 General Elections. The panel of judges, made up of Tengku Oyong, Bakri, and Dominggus Silaban gave the sentence to sanction the KPU, which was proven to have caused injury to the Prima Party.
