THE Corruption Eradication Bill has become highly controversial. Amid criticism over President Yudhoyonos declaration of war on corruption, this Bill kills off two important anti-corruption institutions: the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Corruption Courts (Tipikor).
