Who knows what further evidence the National Police headquarters needs to complete its investigation on the project to build a plant producing bird flu vaccine. For more than a year, the case involving former Democrat Party treasurer Muhammad Nazaruddin has been stuck at police headquarters, despite the blatantly clear rot of the project, estimated to have cost the state around Rp450 billion.
