Minister Enggartiasto Lukita has been caught up in a corruption case involving a Golkar politician. It is time Jokowi cleaned up his cabinet.

The recent confession from member of parliament Bowo Sidik Pangarso is a clear indication of dirty practices by ministers in President Joko Widodo’s cabinet. The fertilizer transportation corruption suspect revealed, some of the billions of rupiah seized by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) came from trade minister Enggartiasto Lukita. The bribes are thought to have been related to sugar and beef import policies.
