IT has been a year since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared Covid-19 outbreak as a global pandemic. Now is the time to take a moment to look back on the year. It is wiser to pause and learn from the mistakes than forging ahead as if we were doing everything right. Hasty decisions taken in the name of emergency without transparency and accountability are likely to result in undesirable consequences.
