THE revelations of illegal levies at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) detention center have further damaged the reputation of the anti-graft agency. It seems that the rot within the institution has spread to all levels. But the firm action by the KPK Supervisory Board in this case has led to questions being asked because it did very little in the face of the allegations of ethical violations against the commission leadership.
