THE Cikaniki neighborhood is just 70 kilometers from the City of Bogor. However, it takes up to five hours to get there through Sukabumi. The one-meter-and-a-half-wide road is rocky, and it cuts through the forest, and twists and winds up a mountain slope. Inhabited by just 200 families, this hamlet in Malasari village, Bogor Regency, West Java, is located in the middle of the forest in the Mount Halimun-Salak National Park.
