I’ve had a Citibank credit card for 10 years. Three months ago when I was in New Jersey, USA, my credit card was damaged. I reported this to Citiphone in Jakarta, and a Citiphone officer promised me a replacement. However, having waited for two and a half months, the promise was never fulfilled.
