THE Speaker of the House of Representatives (DPR), Agus Laksono, says the new law on the governing of Aceh is not immutable. Laksono, commenting on strong public reaction in Aceh over the recent enactment of the law by the DPR, said on Tuesday last week that the law is not a holy book that cannot be amended.
