Telkom Delays New Rates

PLANS by Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) to put a new system of calculating local telephone rates into effect, beginning February have been put on hold after the Indonesian Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (BRTI) withheld its approval.
