A PROPOSAL came from Cirebon Electric Power for the management of state power company PLN in early October. Cirebon Electric, which manages the Cirebon Unit 1 coal-fired steam power plant (PLTU) in Kanci, Cirebon Regency, West Java, is proposing to include its power plants in PLN’s early retirement program.
