ON Sunday afternoon, January 9, Dimas—not his real name—visited the IQOS and Heat-Not-Burn Tobacco Product (HEETS) outlets in a mall in Senayan, Jakarta. With enthusiasm, he asked the shopkeeper the difference between IQOS and HEETS tobacco with conventional cigarette products.
