THE fear of global inflation is intensifying. When annual inflation as of October reached 6.2 percent in the United States, 4.2 percent in the United Kingdom, and 4.1 percent in the European Union, warning signs went off everywhere. In the standards of developed countries, these inflation figures are out of the tolerance limits and require immediate action.
