IN response to Mr. Ali Aulia Rahman's complaint written in Letters in the May 11-17, 2015, edition of Tempo on the process of changing Indosat card, I would like to apologize on behalf of the management. Indosat's Customer Relations Team has contacted Mr. Rahman to provide an explanation and a solution to the problem. The customer understood Indosat's explanation and the problem was solved satisfactorily.

You wrote there Tusks and stuffed and mounted rare animals are even being offered online through Facebook, the Kaskus and OLX online trade fora... Olx.co.id is an open, online classified ad website under a user-generated content principle. We object to what was written as we are running a business that tries to do the right thing.

Inconvenient Internet Banking
IN my regular use of Bank Mandiri's Internet Banking service, I often stumble upon some form of inconvenience. Like, for example, when I forgot to print the transactions record of a fund-transfer, or electric or water bill payment before closing the page, I will be left without that proof of payment. This is because the service does not allow me to go back to the previous page.
At night, after 10pm I am unable to access my transactions record, as if Mandiri's internet banking is only open during its own office hours, not around-the-clock as it should be. As a customer, I would like to see the bank improve its Internet banking system.
