Freeport Contract Extension Uncertain
The government indicates that the amendment to Freeport Indonesia's from a Contract of Work to a Special Mining Permit (IUPK) will not be decided this year. "Before the president gives his permission, we must present the study. The deadline is December 31," said Andrinof at the Presidential Palace last week.
