AS a passenger who has used the electric train service for a long time, I'm addressing this letter to the management of Kereta Api Indonesia Commuter Jabodetabek. Before there were additional routes and coach extensions, the trip from Bojong Gede to Kebon Sirih took less than one hour on average, or only around 50 minutes. Disappointed by UOB Credit Card
I AM a holder of the UOB Platinum credit card numbered 4219 2020 0079 xxxx. On November 1, 2015, UOB attempted to contact me, but I failed to answer the call. I knew that there was a suspicious transaction when I was about to close the card on November 4. Had I not contacted UOB, I would never have realized that the card has been misused, despite being secured by means of 3D-secure and authorization code via mobile phone.
