WHILE surrounded by hundreds of police officers, Khamidah continued to pray on the yard of the Nurul Huda Mosque, Wadas village Purworejo Regency, Central Java, on Tuesday, February 8. That afternoon, she and other Wadas residents held a mujahadah, a tradition to declare the villagers’ determination to fight.
