THIS year, Wimboh Santoso’s tenure as Chief of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) will come to an end. As per its pledge and the mandate of the OJK Law, its board of commissioners seeks primarily to maintain stability and public trust in the financial sector. Albeit the difficulties brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic, Wimboh said Indonesia’s financial system had been doing relatively well and was on course for full recovery.
