Elusive Ethical Violations

The Judicial Commission is investigating into an ethical violation in the form of a bribery of a Supreme Court justice in KSP Intidana’s bankruptcy case. The Court is looking into the roles played by other justices.

A STING operation as part of an investigation into corruption within the Supreme Court (MA), implicating Justice Sudrajad Dimyati, has prompted the Judicial Commission to intervene.
