Elusive Ethical Violations

The Judicial Commission is investigating into an ethical violation in the form of a bribery of a Supreme Court justice in KSP Intidana’s bankruptcy case. The Court is looking into the roles played by other justices.

A STING operation as part of an investigation into corruption within the Supreme Court (MA), implicating Justice Sudrajad Dimyati, has prompted the Judicial Commission to intervene. But because Dimyati has already been detained, the judge supervisory commissioners visited the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on Monday, October 10.
